Welcome friends! I live on a dirt road in the Green Mountains of Vermont with my college sweetie and two rescue kitties, Wilma and Corazón. Inspired by our gorgeous “bit of earth”, my life and work is deeply rooted in a sense of place.

I love to make things with my hands. Some of the fabrics I use are dyed with plants we grow right here in our gardens and meadow. Some of the colors come from birch catkins and other things I find in the woods. Thrifted, vintage and rescued swatches of fabric work their way into my projects. too.

A fourth generation stitcher, I sew with reverence for the many ways we are all connected to one another.

I’m working slowly and deliberately to create this virtual space where I’ll share inspiration and a sense of calm and sanctuary with you. I invite you to take a peek at my blog.
